‘stronger and better together’, placing partnership at the heart of all they do. The Trust comprises of
4 Secondary Academies and 3 Primary Academies with plans for growth over this and the next academic
year.
Applications are invited for an Academy Office and Business Co-Ordinator to manage the school
offices across both schools, taking responsibility for all administrative, financial and organisational
processes. You will be required to ensure that the admin functions are provided across the schools
and that they run smoothly and professionally on a day to day basis. This will include involvement in
the planning and development of services, systems and procedures. You will also manage a small
team of administrative staff.
Applicants should have office experience at a supervisor level, experience of line managing staff,
experience of managing budgets and a good knowledge of financial regulations. You should also have
excellent literacy and numeracy skills, the ability to plan and organise work and the ability to work
under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.
