The All Saints Multi Academy Trust (ASMAT) is a unique Joint Faith Multi Academy Trust in Liverpool and comprises The Academy of St Francis of Assisi, The Academy of St Nicholas, St Margaret’s Academy, Hope Academy, St Mary’s Catholic Infant Academy, St Mary’s Catholic Junior Academy, Faith Primary Academy, St Cleopas CE Primary Academy and St Teresa of Lisieux Catholic Primary Academy.

We are seeking a HR Apprentice to provide administrative support to the HR Team to deliver a comprehensive and effective HR service to the Trust and ASMAT academies.

This new HR Apprentice role will form an integral part of an established but developing team and will provide you with an exciting and challenging role. You will gain hands-on experience across the range of Human Resources functions and learn the fundamentals of HR, underpinned by relevant training and learning. We are a fast moving, progressive and growing Multi Academy Trust and if you like variety, no two days will be the same.

Applicants should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and time management skills.

The training and experience you will be getting:

As an HR Apprentice, you will complete the following:

  • Level 3 Support Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional Skills in Maths and English
  • You will develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to work within an HR office environment.
  • This apprenticeship is delivered in the workplace and 20% of your working will be dedicated towards training and learning skills.
  • You will be allocated a training tutor who will provide you with personal support and assessment at pre-arranged times.
  • Assessments is through a variety of methods including observation in the workplace, witness testimonies, product evidence and professional discussions.
  • The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning and on the job experience.
