In order to meet the growth our trust we are looking to appoint a People Advisor to complement our central HR function. Working as part of the HR central team your role will be to provide on-site, operational day to day support and advice to leaders of designated academies. This will include recruitment, sickness absence, terms and conditions of service and employee relations cases.  You will be involved in aspects of HR across the Trust including some strategic projects. You will also be the lead on health and wellbeing agendas.

We are therefore looking for a HR generalist who has had at least 2 years’ experience in an HR multi-site role. You must also hold a relevant HR qualification, relevant experience or a relevant qualification. A background within a school or local government environment is desirable, but more importantly we are looking for someone with initiative, good organisational skills and the flexibility to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
